We performed last week as part of Bristol Ferment, thank you to anyone who came to see us. We enjoyed performing on the day, and felt very supported at the old vic, in particular by their brilliant technical staff who helped us to figure out some lighting bits and pieces. We’ve had some really useful feedback so far – if you came and didn’t fill in a form or chat to us, we would love to hear from you (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Now we are back to work and thinking about the later part of the performance, where we aim to change the tone of the piece quite a bit. There is a chance to see a further development of the work at BLOP on 25th February at the Arnolfini. Bristol’s Live Open Platform (BLOP) will showcase live art practice from new and established UK-based practitioners. It is a weekend event and tickets are for the whole event. We’ll be performing at 11am, tickets are on sale now at the Arnolfini and online here. There’ll be loads of really interesting performance over the weekend, including some other people from Residence. We’re looking forward to seeing as much as we can.
We’ve just made a twitter account, follow us @ellaandnicki.
